Before Calibration

I. For the flow meter test piece：

  • Flow meter Must be fully functional, without damage or defects.
  • Flow meter pipeline Must be clean without dust or dirt, outside appeal should be clean. (Dust or dirt will damage our system and equipment)
  • Flow meter Must be well assembled with no leak. (if leak, it will be return)
  • Please adjust the meter to be ready for use(on your operation settings). It’s recommended to cover or protect any bottom or sensor which will affect measurement result when they are touched inadvertently.
  • If it has its own power/signal cord or other accessory which will affect flow rate reading, please send it together.
  • Please send the specification sheet, manual, fore calibration report together.
  • *Our circulation calibration system is a close loop system, we will vacuum up the pipeline with your meter for removing moisture. Please notice us if your meter can’t be vacuumed (you can mark the “don’t vacuum” up in flow meter information sheet. )

II. Transportation / Conservation of the meter：

  • Flow meters are valuable, it’s recommended to pack it up properly and transport it by yourself or transporter you trust.
  • Once flow meter data collection was finished, we will inform you to get it back if you need. Report will be send to you a few days later.
  • After calibration, we will keep the meter for one week, we will NOT responsible for any possible loss after that.
  • If you can’t get it back by yourself, you may call transporter that you trust to do it.

III. Calibration service & Reports：

  • Calibration requisition signed by customer and laboratory was deemed as contract.
  • Calibration schedule：2 weeks for normal case, 1 week for urgent case, after and received the meter and signing the requisition. the schedule may be arranged by number of meters or lab schedule in discussion. Urgent case should be informed in advance, and it will be charged double.
  • Please show the copy of signed requisition when taking back meter.
  • If any problem about received report or meter please contact us within One Week.

VI. Charge & Payment：

  • Custom duty, transportation fee and extra taxes will be charged as it is.
  • We accept payment by Cash, T/T, and Check.
