Calibrating service process： All calibrations will go through 4 steps as follow： 1. Customer & meter consulting： i. Customer fills up the flow meter information and calibration requirements, sends to Lab. ii. We will evaluate if our capacity and calibration method or equipment could meet customer’s needs, and reply to customer with possible schedule and price quote. iii. Customer’s decision. 2. Requisition(contract) & shipping of the meter ： i. Customer sends the meter to us. ii. Lab will check the details of received meter according to flow meter information on specification, functions, cleanness, conformity. Lab will contact with customer if any questions. iii. Check confirmed, we will send a requisition as contract to customer. iV. After customer’s signature , we start scheduling calibrate. 3. Calibration： i. Install the meter, check the installation and power, signals connection. And test for leakage. ii. Starting calibrate, collecting meter data. iii. Data collect finish. Lab will inform customer that meter is already could be took back. 4. Report issuing： i. Lab will investigate, calculate data, and generating calibration report. ii. Auditing and sign by report signatory, and package the report. iii. Lab will issue report to customer.
