Nikkei Instrument Flow Calibration Lab (NICFL) was established in 2008 at beautiful Yi-lan County of Taiwan. We are an ISO/IEC-17025 quality system complied calibration laboratory. Our main members are all National Measurement Technician Qualified which having professional flow meter knowledge and expert in calibration. In 2009, we were accredited by Taiwan Accreditation Foundation, which is a member of APLAC and ILAC (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation). This is a milestone which connects our technical and quality capability to the world. We can issue calibration reports with ILAC-MRA mark and it can be accepted by laboratory systems within 60 main countries. That means: The calibration reports we issued have worldwide validity. Our goal is to offer professional flow calibration services, to provide objective and accurate data with prudence and confidence, to ensure the fairness of transaction meters, or stand as an accurate standard in precise measurement, to satisfy every customer. Meanwhile we are also working on improving our ability, expending our calibration capacity, to achieve more customers’ needs.

Milestones：
2008 NIFCL established ISO17025 technical and quality construction.
2009 Circulation flow calibration system construction finished and activated.
2009 TAF ISO/IEC 17025 calibration Laboratory Accredited. Start to offer services for customers.
2010 Nozzle system, Gasmeter system, head tank and weighting system uncertainty evaluation complete, starting offer services for customers.
2013 Nozzle system flow rate was powered up to 1000 NL/min.
2013 APMP’s TFCC members had visited us and our systems.
2014 Water system was successfully accredited by TAF.
2016 Sonic Nozzle system was successfully accredited by TAF.
2021 Lab had moved to Yi-lan Science Park with TAF accredited .
